Forza download pc error

I played it for a while roughly hours then it started to crash on launch, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Except that the MS store got updated and to download the game, now i had to install the xbox app, so I did and now it flags error code "0x87e" when i try to download FH5 And it only happens with FH5.

Yet nothing worked. I didn't find any way to revert back the ms store to the windows 10 version, I hoped that maybe the bug was related to the update and so to the xbox app that i didn't had to use the first time I downloaded the game.

Hello Farapture, Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. To make sure I understand, did you purchase the game from the Microsoft store application or were you accessing Forza Horizon 5 through the Xbox app as a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber? In the meantime, you may try the following; If you have attempted to download the game on the Xbox app and if the installation has stalled, please open the Windows store app and view your downloads from there.

If you're using Windows 10 -Navigate to the top right corner of the Microsoft Store application. If you're using Windows If you're still receiving the same error, please confirm that you have checked for the download within the Microsoft Store app and also please confirm if you are a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber.

I'm accessing it as a Xbox game pass subscriber, i don't know if it is a useful detailed but, i installed other games to see if it was a wider problem and they were installed without any problem.
