This is a fork of Oliver Jowett's version of dump dumpmutability and is designed to be built as a Windows package. It does not add any new functionality. It serves solely as fork to track the developement of dumpmutability and provide similar features for Windows users. This version is licensed under the GPL v3 or later. The source license has been "upgraded" to GPLv3 using the "or later" clause. This has been done because of the inclusion of required libraries being under licenses that are not compatible with the GPLv2; namely the Apache License 2.

Both should be self-explanatory. This is the recommended configuration; a dedicated webserver is almost always going to be better and more secure than the collection of hacks that is the dump webserver. The package includes a config file for lighttpd which is what I happen to use on my system.
To use this:. This should also work fine with other webservers, you will need to write a similar config to the lighttpd one it's basically just a couple of aliases. If you do set up a config for something else, please send me a copy so I can integrate it into the package!

I added the "--gain This means that the display of any kind of decoded output in the dump command window is suppressed. This is pretty useless anyway if you're just feeding Plane Plotter the data, and chews up CPU cycles needlessly. For this to work, the "--interactive" switch needs to be removed as well.
